At the moment only Deliveroo customer but as points of Soul club can use only while dining in, I will have to go soon. Never any issues with meals delivered, the only downside is a beef which is always chewy and not great to enjoy the meal, ordered twice so I will stick with chicken and prawns
Came for lunch last week and was a warmer spring day so sat outside. The waitress promptly laid the table and had a friendly chat with us before getting our drinks. The food came out in good time and was very tasty and as expected. We spent about 65 but that included starters and mains, a wine and a beer.
Wagamama... you can't go wrong! Nice new location in Chatham Dockyard. I like this location as it's nice and bright inside, others are usually dark. As always, the food is always excellent and service fabulous! The Summer menu is also now out!
We visited Chatham branch couple of weeks ago. When we came in we were welcomed by the staff member named Shenice. She was helpful and caring. She explained how things work in Wagamama and thanks to her I downloaded the app so we could have edamame on the house. The food came quite fast. We were also given the tap water . While eating Shenice made sure we are fine and we don’t need anything. We paid online which I found easy. We asked to remove the spice sauce from beef bao buns, which wasn’t a problem for the chefs. Great customer service and tasty food. Good experience.
Exceptional Service! My husband and I visited the restaurant today for a quick meal. Despite it being very busy, we were seated promptly, and our order was taken within five minutes. My husband’s meal and the starter arrived quickly, but unfortunately, my main course was delayed to the point where he had already finished eating. As regular visitors (we come every week), I could see the restaurant was busier than usual, so I was patient and didn’t mind the wait. However, what happened next truly impressed me. A staff member noticed the situation, approached us, asked what I had ordered, and promised to check on it. Within minutes, he returned with my meal, apologised sincerely for the delay, and informed me that the cost of my main course had been removed from the bill. This is what I call excellent customer service: observant, polite, and proactive staff who go above and beyond. A breath of fresh air, especially in today’s climate. We’ll definitely be back next week!
Nice setting overlooking the boats and water. Been here over 10 times, consistently spot on with their food and the overall experience. Top staff who smile and are friendly, I’d also recommend this restaurant over others in the chain as it is often less busy.
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the new Wagamama. If you ever get served by Megan, you're in for a treat. She genuinely made my day, so thank you. The food was excellent and I feel full even with a salad!
